Interview of Twin Of Vikram Batra On YouTube Is Saddest Thing I Saw Today

Recently, a couple of weeks earlier, I saw a video on our Shershaah 'Vikram Batra’ sir which was interviewed by his proud twin brother, Vishal Batra sir.

In the interview, he says,

“I always had the fear of seeing dead bodies and death. But, I don't know what strength did he gave me, to hold his body. When, the tricolour was put aside, and then that was my first moment to see someone and hold a dead body.”

“I actually lost a brother and, subsequently I lost the fear of my death too.”

The interviewer asks further,

“Is he difficult to come here today?”

“To be emotionally yes, but honestly I have been looking for past 10 years. And, I am happy and proud that I have done it. Actually, I have done it.” he says, with a smile.

Interviewer again asks him, “What do you think what Vikram is thinking wherever he is? Cause twins have that thing, they can hear what the other is saying, without words.”

He thinks for a moment and says, “Hmm. I think, he is saying Kush is probably watching me nearby. And, probably, I could speak to him by dreams tonight!”

And, he breaks down.

Which, in fact, every viewer who listened the last sentence broke down. It still shows his deep desire to meet his brother one day, maybe one last time. The pain, the missing of his brother seriously made me in tears. It seriously broke my heart. According to me, this is the saddest moment ever seen on YT. How can the void in his heart by his martyrdom not heartbreaking? It is.

Just, think for a moment. We live and survive by the grace of our armed forces and our farmers. Our bravehearts sacrifice themselves just for my, your and everyone's safety. Can't we be just responsible and be honest to ourselves for our country? No fighting in the religions, castes and races. It will be great for everyone, there would be a mental peace. You know what, as also mentioned in the film 'Shershaah’ (movie dedicating to Capt. Vikram Batra Sir),

“एक फौजी के रूबते से बड़ा कोई रूबता नहीं होता,

पगड़ी से शान से बड़ी और कोई शान नहीं होती,

अपने देश से बड़ा कोई धर्म नहीं होता।”

(Translation : There is no others status, greater than the status of a soldier,

There is no greater glory than the glory of an uniform,

There is no religion greater than the country.)

Jai Hind. 🇮🇳
